Join the team from My Ride Hastings for a hands-on, confidence-boosting workshop covering everything you need for a smooth ride on event day.

* What essentials to carry on your bike (and why),
* How to choose the right bike and set it up for comfort and performance,
* Plus a step-by-step demo on fixing a puncture on the go.

They’ll also share simple bike care tips - like pre-ride safety checks, tyre pressure know-how, cleaning and lubing your chain, and keeping brakes and gears running sweet - so you roll to the start line (and home) ready for anything.
