B Movie Fan Club present: The Curse of Frankenstein - 4K Restoration at the Electric Palace

B-Movie Fan Club is a unique monthly film night programmed by our in-house B-Movie fanatic, Robin Elliot Knowles, and is one of the many community-led film strands run by Electric Palace Cinema.

This very loose adaptation of Mary Shelley's 1818 novel sees Victor Frankenstein recounting his attempt at creating the perfect human. Peter Cushing's visceral performance as the evil genius was star-making.

The first horror film in which Cushing and Christopher Lee appeared together; the pair would go on to co-star in around twenty others, many of them Hammer productions.

A new 4K restoration.
