Advanced Pistol Class

Course Description

By the end of the course each student will understand and demonstrate proficiency in advanced pistol manipulations during daylight conditions in the following areas:



1. FUNDAMENTALS EVALUATION AND REFINEMENT

2. SINGLE HANDED SHOOTING

3. SHOOTING IN CLOSE QUARTERS

4. MOVEMENT

5. RELOADS

6. DECISION MAKING AND MALFUNCTION CLEARING

7. SHOOTING FROM UNNATURAL POSITIONS

8. SHOOTING UNDER STRESS


Instruction Hours

8 (Class will run from 9am-6pm with a couple breaks during the day)


CPE

Registered with MCOLES and eligible for use of Law Enforcement Distribution (LED) funds per PA 302 of 1982 and/or Continuing Professional Education (CPE) funds per PA 203 of 1965.
