discomfort, this session offers a powerful combination of self-massage techniques, long-held Yin postures, and breathwork to restore mobility and ease.
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a self-massage technique that applies sustained pressure to fascial adhesions or tight, restricted areas in the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. Using therapy balls, MFR breaks up adhesions, improves circulation, increases mobility, reduces pain, and enhances
body awareness. When combined with Yin Yoga, this practice provides a holistic approach to tension relief, allowing for deep, lasting release while promoting better posture, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Tao has been practicing yoga since 2007 and instantly fell in love with its physical and spiritual benefits, viewing it as more than just a physical practice but rather a new way of life. Along his journey, Tao has studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Fascia Fitness training, FluidUS, allowing him to integrate a range of practical techniques to promote the health, happiness, and freedom of all his students. His global travels and exposure to diverse teachers have enriched his knowledge and teaching experience, enabling him to offer a unique and comprehensive training. Informed by the philosophy and history of yoga, Tao's teaching brings integrity and clarity to his classes, where all, regardless of ability or prior yoga experience, are warmly welcomed.
