Parent and Me Barre Class

What: Join us for a 30 minute Parent and Me Barre Class at Lake Lansing! With music and movement specifically geared toward kiddos 3-10 years old, this class is a great way to share health and wellness with your kids- all while spending time together. After, we'll enjoy a snacks, drinks and playground time. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch and mingle for awhile!
Where: Lake Lansing South

When: Sunday May 18th 2025
Who: Kids 3-10 years old and their adult.
Cost: $15 per pair
How: You must register in advance. Meet us in front of the stage.

Our efficient + effective workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. When you work out with us, you'll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
