Sacred Movement 🎧

We are opening our new studio in N. Ft. Worth on Monday Aug 4 at 6:00 am with the very first class being Sacred Movement.✨

We begin our week by sending loving energy out into the world. This is a session that I have been wanting to hold for quite a while, as I feel it’s desperately needed during these times. Each class will have a custom playlist, and our prayers/intentions are expressed in the form of movement, intentions, breath and voice. Some parts will be guided, but the majority of the session is based off of intuition, which means that every breath and movement is perfect. This prayer movement can be sent out to a loved one, the innocent in war zones, animals in need, yourself or anyone else that you know needs uplifting in life. This is a safe space to release any emotions that you are carrying during these heavy times and the shift on the earth. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW ANY RELIGION TO PARTICIPATE. ALL ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS INTENTIONS ARE PURE, HEALING & LOVING.
