Community Chat, Round 2
There was a collective recognition that more Community Chats are needed, and the first one was impactful. So we’re doing it again in January.
This is another chance for members of the community who have been hurt by “the church” in the past to come together with affirming clergy members and just talk it out.
It is NOT preaching. We don’t pray. No one tries to convince you to try church out again. (A reminder that we don’t even go to church).
It’s just a safe space to work through that religious trauma and get to see that there’s community out there for you still.
