Did you hear?! With the arrival of summer, Sunday morning yoga/pilates sessions are back at Rolling Grape Vineyard! These sessions are free, but we do request that you bring your own yoga mat!
We're excited to have Move Well with Mel lead our pilates classes in June, beginning on the 8th. Stay tuned for dates and times in July and August!
From Mel's days as a competitive gymnast to her first gym membership, and then working in rehab and community wellness, she's experienced and witnessed just how powerful movement can be.
Now as a certified Pilates instructor, Mel looks forward to providing classes with a Pilates, yoga, and functional movement blend to help you feel strong, mobile, and at home in your body — at any stage of life.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, building strength to help improve your overall wellbeing, looking to improve your current fitness programming, or craving a more grounded connection to yourself, Mel is here for it — one breath, one step, one session at a time.
