Restorative Resolutions – A Slow Start to the New Year

Join us for **Restorative Resolutions** — a 90-minute workshop that invites you to reset after the holidays and start the new year from a place of peace and presence.

Led by Joy Stauber, this small-group session includes:

- Restorative yoga supported by props + blankets
- A guided reflection & journaling practice
- Tea + light snacks
- A warm, cozy environment to breathe and begin again

This is a space for busy minds, tired bodies, and tender hearts to settle. You don’t need more pressure — just a place to land softly.
