Lunch and Learn 2

Come join us to hear Allie walk us through how to welcome and support autistic children in ways that honor who they are and how they experience the world.
We will explore what autism is, what autistic individuals need to thrive, how to prepare your home for visits, and how grandparents and relatives can build joyful, meaningful connections with their loved ones.

Allie is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and co-owner of Bright Steps Behavior Innovations. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over a decade, serving children on the autism spectrum across Cape Cod. Her work is rooted in compassionate collaboration with clients, families, schools, and community providers, with the shared goal of building meaningful connections so that every child may learn, grow, and thrive in ways that honor their individuality.
