Hosted at Equine Connections you are invited to join us for our one Day Retreat on the 20th September 2025
Sessions include
Mindfulness, Sound healing, psycho education, restorative yoga, creative sessions and lessons from horses.
Fully catered with nutritious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided
