A great opportunity to journey home to yourself through the wisdom of the horse. Blending modern psychotherapy theory with the ancient wisdom of the horse Amanda demystifies what it means to (re)discover your true self.
This retreat is catered to women, mothers and daughters or carers wanting to increase their connection with themselves their families and have the opportunity to do this also with our generous horses.
Set on a gorgeous 11 acre property you will enjoy a restorative yoga session (outside weather permitting) or hosted indoors, psycho education workshops, authentic feedback and connection through equine experiences, nature emersion, mindfulness and meditation, sound healing and an amazing photo session with the horses where you will be gifted a professional photo as a keepsake of this retreat. Ending at 12 noon on Sunday. All meals and accomodation included
Set in nature on a beautiful horse property close to the Lake Clifton thrombolites, you will find a safe and supported space to recharge, learn something new and share a memorable weekend with like minded others.
Early bird rates are $750 each mother daughter shared room $800 each from August
$1000 single private room $1200 from August
