Welcome to the Chronic Illness Warriors Support Group!

Join us at the Jefferson Parish Library – West Bank Regional Library for a powerful in-person gathering designed for individuals living with chronic illness, medical trauma, or simply in need of a space where mental wellness is prioritized and respected.

Our May Meet Up Will Entail:

• Mental Health & Self-Care
• Advocacy Tips & Resources to help you navigate the healthcare system
• An Amazing Giveaway
• Light Refreshments
• And most importantly—a safe, judgment-free space to connect with others who truly understand.

This is not your typical roundtable. Expect an informal, resource-rich atmosphere where you can show up as you are and leave feeling supported and uplifted.
