Join us to celebrate the begin of Summer.
Together we will slow down and tune in through breath, reflection, and the creation of a personal nature mandala. Using materials like flowers, leaves, stones, and herbs, you’ll create a unique living mandala, as an offering of gratitude for the season and as a symbolic expression of your intentions for what's ahead.
What to Expect:
- Gentle grounding and breathwork to arrive in the moment
- Guided reflection and intention setting
- Forest bathing while foraging for natural materials
- Creation of your own nature mandala
- Enjoying of fruit infused water and fruits
Families are welcome! Children, ages 7 and up, are invited to accompany their parents or an adult caretaker to this event.
Please bring a journal, and if desired, a small towel or yoga mat to sit on. We will also have chairs set up for sitting.
*A portion of the proceeds will support Old Frog Pond Farm, a certified organic orchard in Massachusetts and the beautiful host location for this event.
This event will be led by Anabel Tonkovic and Kristina Dedinas.
Anabel, founder of Nuna Therapy, is a Quantum Reiki Master, weaving together energy healing and practical wisdom to help others awaken their inner power and embody their true essence.
Kristina has been a natural teacher since childhood, starting with stuffed animals and growing into roles that span classrooms, corporations, and personal development spaces. With a heart full of energy and a love for helping others grow, she brings warmth, wisdom, and positive vibes to everyone she works with.
In 2024, Kristina launched her passion project, the Magical Forest—a space where her love for nature and teaching come together. As a certified Sylvotherapy Practitioner and Reiki I & II healer, she blends nature’s healing power with mindful guidance to support others on their wellness journeys.
