Farm Yoga Class

Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga at Sowa Goat Sanctuary with the incredible Cait Otenti! Unwind and reconnect to your body with this 60 minute Vinyasa flow class followed by an optional one-hour tour of the sanctuary where you can meet the rescued animals and learn about our work here at the sanctuary. All levels are welcome and 100% of the profits from this event go right to the animals.

If you would like to book the optional tour after the class from 11:15-12:15, please click the check box next to "Tour of the Sanctuary" at for an additional $25 at checkout.

Note this is not a goat yoga class. The yoga portion of the event will be held in the sanctuary gardens (if the weather is nice) or indoor yoga studio (in rainy weather) and the time with the animals will be separate afterwards.
