Cooking With Saschi

Come learn to cook a nutritious, heart-healthy recipe that doesn’t spare on flavor. Saschi will demonstrate how to cook Chana Dal Fry—a comforting Indian dish high in protein and fiber. Chana Dal Fry is simple to prepare using pantry goods like canned tomatoes, dried chickpeas, and spices. The dal will be served alongside rice and homemade naan.

This demonstration is suitable for those with celiac disease as Saschi’s home kitchen is a dedicated gluten free space. Space is limited so sign up early. 978-456-4120.
