Join us for a heart-centered gathering that blends mindful movement with meaningful exchange.

We’ll begin with a grounding slow flow yoga practice to connect with our breath, bodies, and intentions. After settling into a sense of presence, we’ll move into a Sacred Swap—a unique opportunity to share and exchange items that hold personal meaning or spiritual significance.

Sacred items can include anything that has been special to you or that you feel someone else might be called to: stones, totems, tapestries, art, jewelry, incense, books, spiritual tools, herbal goods, handmade items, plants, or anything else that carries a sense of beauty, energy, or story.

Bring as many or as few items as you like. Come with an open heart—ready to give, receive, or simply witness the magic of meaningful exchange. There is no expectation, only invitation.
