This first Friday all-levels flow is for those with some yoga experience who are ready to shake off the stress, drop back into their bodies, and reconnect with what feels good. We’ll move with purpose, breathe with presence, groove to good music, and welcome a little lightness — leaving the workweek officially in the rear view. Expect thoughtful sequencing, playful energy, and a safe space to release what’s weighing you down. Come as you are, and leave feeling a little more like yourself again, ready to enjoy the weekend 💫

Rooted in over 20 years of therapeutic experience, I offer yoga as a way to release tension, lighten your emotions, and reconnect to your inner knowing. Whether you’re balancing burnout, craving more joy, or just need a reset from the chaos of life, my classes hope to help you transition from professional to playful, from stressed to spacious. To have a moment of moving from what you need to do, to what you want to do.
