Lived Experience Recovery Group

Join Katie for our peer-led group for women in recovery from addictive behaviours, as well as those seeking mental health peer support.

We aim to provide a safe, warm, fun & nurturing environment for other ladies also in recovery.

We have realised through our own journey that, sometimes, getting well is the easy part, and remaining well is often the most difficult. So, we would love you to join our group & continue this journey of recovery together.
