Yin Yoga 2.5 hour Workshop
On Sunday 5th October from 2pm - 4.30pm Hart Village Hall.

Yin Yoga is closely connected with Traditional Chinese Medicine and was developed as a healing practice with a focus on releasing deeply held tension in the Yin tissues of the body. A common saying in Yin Yoga is "our issues are in our tissues" so we get to unravel in this type of practice as we go deep beyond the muscles. This session may feel strong at times (and maybe a little out of your comfort zone) but in the longer held poses transformation and change can take place to release deeply held tension so you can move more freely.
Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced Yogis.
All Yin Poses are either seated or lying down, which is why we can have a juicy 2.5 hour class to really get deep into the body.
