Winter Solstice Sound Journey with Amanita Grove

We are called to descend into the heart of ourselves. The winter solstice is the most feminine time of the year: a time for slowing down, reflecting and turning inward, honouring “being” over “doing,” which can allow us to connect deeper to our intuition.

Through breathwork descending into relaxation, we immerse ourselves in deep listening on this musical journey, exploring themes such as rebirth, renewal, and the return of the light, as days start to grow longer, where in the depths of stillness seeds of hope and new beginnings can emerge.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring with you a mat / cushion / meditation seat / blanket if you so wish, and join us for some warming chai and snacks after the session.
