Mommy and Me MIT Yoga- Back to school style!

This a gentle invitation to breathe deeply, move with intention, and nurture the bond between mom and kiddo. With compassion and kindness, Sarah helps women reconnect with themselves and their littles by offering moments of presence, softness and self-love. Her hope is for these moments to create peace in the midst of motherhood’s beautiful chaos. Join us at the MIT DANCE STUDIO located at 3556 Avon Rd. Suite C in Hartland Village. $40 per Mom and child with $15 per additional child. Bring your mat or towel and lets get ready for a successful school year! 📚🧘‍♀️

Sarah Nussdorfer is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, educator and mother to two boys with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families. Through combining her background in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness, she creates a soulful space for mothers to pause, restore, and connect while in her Mommy and Me Yoga Classes.
