About the event

WHY Kids (age 4- 10) / Mary LaChappelle

Brings the basics and benefits of yoga to your little ones as they have fun with “downward dog”, “tree”, “cobra” and more. A safe space for your kids to move and breathe, led by a yoga instructor specifically trained to work with youngsters and their needs. Calms and centers the growing body and mind.

$12 per child, drop-in only, accompanying adults free
