You’ll learn about the importance and power of the breath through both yogic wisdom and modern science, explore guided breath practices and mindful movement, engage in reflection and group dialogue, and learn practical ways to integrate the breath as a resource into your daily life.

This workshop welcomes all community members, including English and Spanish speakers, caregivers, health educators, BIPOC community members, yoga teachers, and anyone seeking simple ways to support emotional regulation and well-being.
No prior yoga experience is required. This space is created with care to welcome all bodies, identities, and lived experiences.
