Mexican Vegan Culinary Tasting (in English)

Savor the vibrant flavors of Mexican vegan cuisine while exploring the rich cultural history behind each dish. Enjoy a guided tasting of both sweet and savory plant-based creations, and get to know the fresh, wholesome ingredients that bring them to life. While often seen as a modern trend, veganism aligns deeply with traditional Mexican cuisine, which features many naturally plant-based dishes. Across Mexico, there’s a vibrant and growing vegan community that continues this tradition with pride. This flavorful, fun, and educational session will be held in the Monastery Gallery of Art. Space is limited to 10 participants.
