Let go of stress, connect with your inner self, and dance through your feelings in a safe and supportive environment. No dance experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to move. YOUR FACILITATORS: Joan White-Hensen - is a Senior JourneyDance Facilitator on the Teacher Training Staff and has been a teacher of JourneyDance for 17 years. Trained in the Embodied Transformation Methods, and as a self-created artist, she created Dancing Your Soul Art—a program weaving together transformative aspects of dance ritual in combination with the expressive arts of painting, drawing, and voice work. Her great joy is in guiding others to feel their self-worth, to experience wholeness, and to find true expression of their personal emotional landscape while being supported in community.

Marian Peynado, LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker offering compassionate, culturally responsive therapy. As a Journey Dance facilitator and Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, Marian blends traditional and embodied practices to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and embrace their most empowered selves.

This experience serves as a beautiful preview of our upcoming 6-week online program "Healing Your Inner Child: A Journey Back to Wholeness" launching this fall.
