Intro to Yoga - 5 Week Series / Kayla Howell & Sara Pelletier

This introduction to the fundamentals of yoga will teach you correct alignment, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Increase flexibility as you strengthen, tone, and revitalize your body. Perfect for students new to yoga and those wanting to reacquaint themselves with the basics.

Each series registration includes four complimentary classes to be used within a month of the series ending.

$65, registration required

$15 for a Single Class. Walk-ins only / no preregistration.
