A Recipe for Success, to be held on Monday, November 10, 5:30-8:30pm at the Pond House Café, will bring together our community partners and dedicated supporters for an evening celebrating the success of ACT's many programs and services.
The event will feature a live auction, music by Sinan Bakir, cocktail tasting by Hartford Flavor Company, cash bar and complimentary wine, appetizers and a 4-course dinner prepared by the master chefs from our sponsor restaurants: Pond House Café, Gather 55, The Laurel, Small State Provisions, and Peppercorn’s Grill.

Appetizers by Gather 55: Long-stem artichoke hearts, stuffed with goat cheese, served with tomato butter and fresh herbs
Soup by Peppercorn's Grill: Lobster scented butternut bisque, celery root and black truffle soup
Fall Bounty Salad by The Laurel: Apple butter-mustard vinaigrette, Kitchen Garden Farms shredded Brussels sprouts, cornbread croutons, roasted Young Farms squash, Rogers Orchards apples

-Wagyu Beef Cheek Bourguignonne with Thumbelina carrots, onions, potato, mushrooms, red wine demi
-Seared Salmon with a butternut squash, mushroom, Brussels sprout ragu and finished with a winter squash vadouvan curry sauce
-Vegetarian Porcini & Chestnut Risotto sage, aged balsamic borage
Dessert by Small State Provisions: Chocolate mousse with mixed berry jam and a brown sugar crumble
