Forest Bathing + on Ashdown Forest
A slow-paced, circular walk of 1 to 2km. We move slowly, to help calm our minds and become immersed in the beauty of Ashdown Forest. I will guide you through scientifically-informed activities to experience the wonder of mindfulness in nature. This in-person dog-free event is perfect for anyone looking to rest and recharge in a tranquil setting. No experience necessary. Spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot today! This is a FREE event, as I am currently training with The Forest Bathing Institute.
