Relax on the grass next to the lifting platform with a rug or mat and enjoy a full day of weightlifting action
🕘 SCHEDULE
• 9:00 AM – Weigh-in for Youth & Female competitors
• 10:00 AM – Youth & Female Beginners
• 12:00 PM – Female A Group
• 11:00–11:30 AM – Weigh-in for Male competitors
• 2:00 PM – Male B Group
• 4:00 PM – Male A Group
• 6:00 PM (approx.) – Medal Ceremony
🍽️ Cold food and hot drinks may be available onsite.

🚗 PARKING WARNING
A public event, “Dinosaurs in the Park,” will be running behind the venue (Pear Tree Park) from 26 July–17 August, with parking directed to Gurnell Leisure Centre.
🚦 Arrive early to avoid delays.
❗ If you face any issues, please report to Perivale Park Track Reception immediately.
🦖 Bonus: “Dinosaurs in the Park” is just behind the track – a fun option for kids during the competition!
