Join the first session of Mindfulness Through Art at the serene Horsenden Farm on **Saturday 8th February 11am - 12.30pm **Beginners to Advanced all welcome. *All materials provided.*

While the primary goal is to provide time and space for mindfulness through art, there will also be an element of teaching and skill-building. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire and develop watercolor painting techniques by attending regular monthly workshops.

Workshops will take place once a month. Each session is a stand alone workshop so you can pick and choose or attend the sessions every month. Full details will be posted on eventrbite for the upcoming monthly session.
