On Saturday 19th July, we turn our attention to the soul-stirring genius of Donny Hathaway — a classically trained virtuoso whose influence runs deep, from Amy Winehouse to D’Angelo. Though many haven’t heard his name, those who have know there’s a reason his music endures.
This is not a concert, but an informal musical discovery experience. It’s a space to listen — deeply, but having a good chat too. We’ll explore Hathaway’s music on both vinyl and digital, through the rich fidelity of Beolab 50s, the immersive warmth of the Beogram 4002, and the clarity of a Bang & Olufsen 55" OLED screen. It’s the closest thing to hearing it live — without leaving the room.
