Join us for a gentle, nourishing 3-hour workshop in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire this July — a space to reconnect with your inner child, listen to her needs, and offer her the love and validation she may have missed.

Through guided reflection and creativity, we'll explore what your younger self needed - and paint a heart-shaped piece of pottery with the word or message she longed to hear. A keepsake of healing and hope.
