A few historic one-room schools still dot the Missouri landscape, and Harrisonville is lucky enough to have one! Today, the one-room schoolhouse with its smoky stove, water bucket and outhouse is a fading memory but there are still important lessons we can take away from them. Join the Cass County Historical Society and presenter David Burton for a family friendly presentation about the valuable historical, educational, and cultural lessons from these places.
