Power Vinyasa

Get ready to get moving! This athletic and dynamic class will move you physically and mentally to new places and new perspectives. This class is accessible and open to anyone who wants to show up and step on their mats and a challenge, new and experienced students alike, though some background/experience will help. Students can expect to sweat, so a water bottle and towel are suggested. Smiles help as well!
