Preserving the Harvest: Canning and Freezing

This hands-on food preservation workshop, led by UMaine Extension staff and volunteers, will teach you the basic steps of canning and freezing.

Cost is $20, but in case of hardship, RHM will provide up to half, or the Extension Service will waive the fee.
