Father's Day BBQ at Harrison Meadows Country Club - Member Event

We invite all members to join us in the celebration of fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who bring joy and love to our lives. This exclusive event is open to members and their guests only and includes a BBQ buffet, signature drinks, a photobooth, and music by The Georgia 5: 80’s Dance Party.

Seating will be preassigned in the order they are received. Indoor seating only.

Please note who you would like to be seated with and any children under age 3, high chairs, or special accommodations requested.

Seating requests will not be accepted after Friday, June 13th. No exceptions

The Kid Zone will be open for unsupervised free play. All children must have a chaperone in the kid zone with them for safety.

Info: Father's Day BBQ and Buffet available from 12-3pm. Event is for ticketed (wristband) guests. Kids will dine from main BBQ and Buffet. Kid Zone Tickets must be purchased in advance (not available day of event). Pool, Golf, Tennis not included.

Info: Seating Policy: We suggest one person purchase all tickets for your family and guests to guarantee being seated together. In an effort to accommodate as many families as possible, tables are assigned in advance and might result in shared seating. Seating preference will be assigned in the order tickets are purchased, by individual orders. Individual orders will be given priority over multiple orders being combined. Indoor Seating Only. Tickets purchased through Eventbrite will be assigned seating before any requests purchased using your house account onsite. Individual ticket orders on will be given priority over requests to be seated with multiple orders. Tables will be preassigned with possible shared seating. All large parties (10+) will be in the ballroom. We will do our best to honor all seating requests placed at the time of purchase. Last minute additions or changes are not guaranteed and will not be accepted after Friday, June 13th - no exceptions.
