Recovery Out Loud: DDAP's Recovery Month Kickoff Festival

The Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) is kicking off Recovery Month with “Recovery Out Loud”, the Department's Recovery Month Kickoff Festival, with a celebration on City Island in Harrisburg.

Join us on Saturday, September 6 from 12 – 3 PM for an afternoon of community and inspiration—right on the Susquehanna River.
