Balance and Falls Workshop

We're ramping up another informative workshop!

📅 Save the date for Friday, September 26 and join us in the FSY Senior Center from 10:30AM-11:30AM for an education presentation about balance and falls.

Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapist Dr. Alicia Yoh will be discussing a variety of topics including, what happens when balance problems develop, what you can do to reduce the risk of falling, what steps to take after a fall occurs, and more!

☕ 🍩 Free coffee and donuts will be available throughout the workshop.

This event is free everyone, members and community guests are welcome! Interested participants must register prior to attending.
