Sound Journey with Grace & Ken

This meditative experience will be facilitated by Grace Myers-Belote, of “A Touch Of Grace Healing Services LLC”, and Ken Belote of “KB Percussion Adventures”.

During this 75 minute experience, you will be immersed in a soundscape from a variety of musical instruments specifically designed to promote relaxation and well-being.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats, cushions, pillows, bolsters (or use some that are available here at the Soul Healing Center).

Also some participants bring eye-masks. You can also bring a journal to record anything that you experience on this sound journey.

Ken and Grace’s Sound Bath participants have described their experience as “Relaxed (Zen Like)”. Additional comments were a “physical release from pain” and also having experienced “mental clarity”.
