SISCO is happy to announce our RIDE FOR THE NETTLES STIRRUPS & FLIP FLOP WEEKEND for 2025! . August 16th-17th at Shelby County Fairgrounds in Harlan Iowa.
SISCO will also be having $100.00 added money Jackpot classes in English Pleasure on Saturday August 16th and Ranch Horse Riding on Sunday August 17th. $10.00 Entry fee applies collected at gate at start of Jackpot class. On Saturday August 16th $75.00 will be added ($50 for 1st & $25 for 2nd ) to class # 29 Adult Western Walk Trot & Class # 32 Adult Western Pleasure. On Sunday August 17th $75.00 will be added ($50 for 1st & $25 for 2nd) to class # 35 Junior Western Pleasure & class # 36 Senior Western Pleasure compliments of Nishna Valley Saddle Club.
"Flip Flop classes" sponsored by Betsy Timmerman & Guild Mortgage on Saturday August 16th in Ranch Horse Pleasure and Youth Walk Trot Ranch. On Sunday August 17 prizes will be awarded in Adult Western Pleasure & English Walk Trot Open. Prizes will be awarded in reverse order in these four classes with the best prize going to 5th place. (SISCO Grooming tote 5th, SISCO Fly Spray 4th, SISCO Feed Scoops 3rd, SISCO Trailer Tie 2nd and SISCO hoof Pick 1st place)
*** NETTLES STIRRUP WEEKEND RULES **
The First and Second Place Winner in every class will be placed into a drawing for the Nettles Stirrups. Competition will run for 2 consecutive weekend Days. There is no fee to participate
Stirrups will be drawn for an awarded at the end of the show on Sunday (Second Day) . Not a 1st or 2nd Place winner? No worries we will also be playing 5 Card No Stud's Poker on Saturday August 16th. Third Place thru all non placing participants in all classes will draw a poker card as they exit the arena. At the end of the day turn in your 5 best cards & poker hand and winner will receive the Custom SISCO Weekender tote.

Youth trophy extravaganza weekend! Trophies for 1st place and ribbons for 2-5 in all youth classes.
