Rest: A Cozy Sound Bath

January often brings a natural desire to slow down, soften, and
reconnect with yourself. Join Jessica Cross, founder of Sound for
Stress, for Rest: A Cozy Sound Bath designed to help you unwind and
gently reset.
During this one-hour session, Jessica will lead you into a guided
meditation before you settle in for a soothing sound journey using
crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more calming instruments. The
layered tones support deep relaxation and create space for much-needed
rest.
This experience is especially supportive for all levels, including those
new to sound healing. Feel free to bring your comfy layers, blankets,
and pillows for an extra restful experience.
