This exclusive experience features a multi-course dinner expertly paired with a curated lineup of Whistlepig rye whiskeys — including 6, 10, 12, 15, and 18-year pours. The chef-driven menu highlights seasonal ingredients and bold pairings, including smoked spicy maple duck crostini, a charred pear and arugula salad with maple bourbon vinaigrette, and a coffee-crusted tenderloin of beef. The evening concludes with a decadent dark chocolate pot de crème finished with sea salt and candied orange.
