Sip & Stretch at the Vineyard – Yin Yoga + Wine

Start your Sunday with stillness, sunshine, and a splash of wine.

Join us for Yin Yoga at the Vineyard, a peaceful, one-hour class surrounded by the beauty of the vines. This slow, meditative practice is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. We’ll move gently, hold poses for 3-5 minutes, and focus on connecting breath to body as you relax into the morning.

After class, stay and soak in the views from the patio while you enjoy your included beverage — choose a glass of wine or a refreshing wine slushy.

Location: Fergedaboudit Vineyard & Winery, In the vineyard (weather permitting) or on the deck
Cost: $20 per person (includes the yoga class + a glass of wine or wine slushy)
