Fitness with Friends (Fundraiser Edition)

Join us for a fun event for a great cause! Fitness With Friends is back! This year we are raising money for the charity Save the Children. Gym member, Krisinda Ruhlman is running the Berlin (Germany) Marathon for Save the Children in September. For more information click the link below.

Location: Band Shell- Codorus State Park

Time: Start time 9:00am (Meet at 8:45am)

What to bring: Water, change of clothes, towels

Description: Please join us for the annual Fitness with Friends at Codorus State Park at 9am on May 17th. This event is for all fitness levels and is a team building activity which will require physical activity, a little trivia and a lot of fun. This will be a team event and teams will be chosen by random like years past. If you have any questions, please reach out to any of the coaches at Strength United CrossFit or Krisinda for additional information. The events will be announced the morning of.
