In Step 4: Forgiveness, we gather to breathe into forgiveness. Through Pranayama and guided meditation, we’ll explore how to reach compassion — not all at once, but with gentleness and grace.

Forgiveness is not forgetting. It is remembering — without carrying the weight. It is releasing the grip of the past, and offering softness to others… and to yourself.

Then, artist Mary Grigoryan will lead a photo collage workshop, inviting you to piece together memory, emotion, and vision into a visual offering of compassion.

If you didn’t attend the prior workshops, don’t fret: your soul will still rejoice.
