IMPACT 3.0 Art Camp (Grades 6-8)

The Hannibal Arts Council will present IMPACT 3.0, a week-long art camp, from July 7-11. The camp is designed to reach students who will be going into the 6th through 8th grades in the Fall of 2025. The week-long art camp will be held at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S Main St. Registration is free and space is limited. Quick registration and a commitment to attending each of the five days is strongly encouraged.

IMPACT 3.0 will provide students going into the 6th through 8th grades with in-depth opportunities to work alongside local artists and educators, learn about a variety of art forms and create their own original art. Art forms included in the week-long art camp will include fibers, collage, drawing, painting, and sculpting. Instructors include Beth Massey, Cyndi Taylor, Renée Donley, Stephen Schisler, and Sandra Cox.

The number of participants is limited, and registration is required. To register, go online to hannibalartscouncil.eventbrite.com, call 573-221-6545 or stop by 105 S Main St. (9am-Noon Mon-Fri). The program is free, thanks to the partnership and support of the Riedel Foundation, General Mills Hometown Grantmaking Program, Community Foundation of West Central Illinois and Northeast Missouri, the Jesse David Cox Memorial Fund and the Missouri Arts Council.
