Tryouts postponed to August 3rd! If you missed our first flyer for July 6th, or passed us by in favor of another team you didn’t make the cut for, or just had a change of heart about what kind of baseball you want to play, here’s a second chance to sign up! We are not an elite-level ball club, and we won’t be playing expensive tournaments every (or every other) weekend! But we ARE dedicated to local baseball, and motivated by a love of the sport and a desire for constant improvement. Looking to fill some gaps in the roster for Fall 2025 and Summer 2026!
8/3, 3 p.m. at Veterans School baseball field (field reserved from 3-6, although tryouts will likely be finished sooner), with a brief meeting for parents afterward
If you are looking for semi-competitive baseball for your son, beyond low-commitment rec-league ball, but without the stress and over-commitment of "elite" travel-ball, we may be a good fit for you! Enthusiasm, love for the game, and skill/athletic development are our highest priorities. We will play for the second year in Bear Creek's "Intermediate" league (Hannibal), as well as at least 2 local tournaments. Practices will be occasional in the off-season, increasing in frequency starting in January, in preparation for preseason and summer league.
Bring glove, bat, helmet, and cleats (cups encouraged). Catchers bring gear. Prospective players must be 12 years old or younger on May 1st of 2026.
