Join the Charitable Gaming Division of the Michigan Lottery for an engaging, in-person area training at the Hancock Community Hub Sunnyside Community Room!
The first hour will provide a general overview—perfect for those new to raising funds through non-profit gaming in Michigan.
From there, they will dive into a range of topics, including:
How to obtain a license, raffles, bingo, charity game tickets, progressive card raffles, 50/50s, playing card bingo, new ticket and game offerings, maximizing profits, maintaining accountability, and keeping accurate game records.
Whether you’re just starting or looking to enhance your current operations, this training will equip you with the tools and knowledge to run successful charitable gaming events.
This training is a special Keweenaw Community Foundation Nonprofit Education and Networking Series event. These educational series are designed to strengthen local organizations through shared learning, resources, and collaboration. Sessions are free and open to anyone looking to support their community more effectively. Registration is not required.
