Welcome to an extraordinary evening of art and culinary delights! Here's what to expect at our intimate gathering of 85 art enthusiasts:

• Check in at our welcome table
• Receive your bidding card
• Enjoy your first handcrafted margarita or glass of prosecco
• Begin exploring the gallery and preview the artwork

• 20 local artists showcasing small-format works
• Price range: $100-$800 per piece
• Take-home convenience: Purchase and take your art home same night
• Variety of media: Paintings, mixed media, photography, and more

• Mini street tacos featuring your choice of:
• Marinated steak with peppers, onions and cheese
• Seasoned chicken with peppers, onions and cheese
• Sweet finish: Apple and peach mini empanadas
• Unlimited food service throughout the evening

• House Margaritas
• Chilled Prosecco
• Sparkling water and lemonade options

We've organized the evening into four auction slots to ensure every artwork receives proper attention:

6:30-7:00 PM: First group of artists (Slots 1-5)
7:00-7:30 PM: Second group of artists (Slots 6-10)
7:45-8:15 PM: Third group of artists (Slots 11-15)
8:30-9:00 PM: Final group of artists (Slots 16-20)

Between auction slots, continue enjoying refreshments and exploring the gallery space

• Each artwork has a starting bid marked
• Bid increments are $25
• Simply raise your bidding card to place a bid
• Payment methods: Credit card, cash, mobile payment apps
• Purchased artwork may be taken home at evening's end
